Satyanarayanan Visvanathan (Satya)

In a career spanning more than three decades, Satya has a wide exposure of delving into Technology, from the perspectives of IT Service providers as well as that of large government organizations. He has built client relationships across geographies. He has held varied global leadership roles spanning engineering, enterprise applications, technology support, human resources & people practices and corporate quality.
Satya graduated in ECE from the Pondicherry Engineering College (currently Puducherry Technological University) and has a PG Diploma in Business Management.

Sashi has an excellent blend of diving into technology as well as deciphering data. With her penchant for immaculate precision, she has led and deployed large complex applications. With a two decades plus experience wherein she has managed clients across North America, Europe and Asia, she has a fine grasp of technical expectations and cultural nuances. She has held leadership roles in Product Engineering and Business Process Excellence.
Sashi holds Masters degree both in Commerce (University of Madras) and Business Administration (IGNOU).

Sundar Sampath (Sundar)

Sundar Sampath is a Senior Corporate Finance Leader with 25+ years of experience as CFO, Controller, and Business Finance Leader. He has subject matter expertise in all areas of finance, including M&A, Financial Planning and Analysis, Taxation, and Finance Strategy. Sundar has experience handling over 10 M&A deals, including complex carve-outs. He has hands-on experience in cost optimization, bootstrapping, and cash generation.

SSrinivasan is the CEO of CFO Bridge. He also serves as an Outsourced/Virtual CFO for SMEs and Startups. In his 30+ years of experience, Srinivasan has gained vast experience handling P&L responsibilities, cash flow cycles, profitability & cost drivers, growth formula, and financial planning. He is focused on empowering SMEs with a proprietary high-quality financial governance framework called PanchSheel (5 Elements) that includes MIS, Drivers of Business, Cashflow, Training, and Compliance.
