He has a strong track record in leading large-scale SaaS products in fintech, ed-tech, and e-commerce, managing engineering teams of over 150 members. His expertise encompasses building cloud-native applications, architecting scalable and secure software solutions, and establishing robust engineering practices and complex CI/CD pipelines.
Siva holds an engineering degree from Thyagarajar College of Engineering and executive business management degree from IIM, Calcutta.
